the dumbest mistake I've made in the last 4 months (it cost me)
This past Saturday morning, before the ice storm hit Atlanta, I ran to the store to grab some milk for my daughter.
By the time I got there...
The shelves were wiped out.
Milk? Gone.
Cereal? Gone.
Even the bread and meat — gone.
People had already gone into panic mode.
I felt frustrated.
Because I had waited.
Just a little too long.
It reminded me of something I see all the time:
Someone spots a great piece of land.
They think about it. Bookmark it. Come back later...
But it’s already gone.
Someone else took action while they hesitated.
So here’s what I’d tell you:
Don’t wait for the panic.
Don’t wait. Don’t procrastinate.
If you see an opportunity that makes sense…
